Typically for our couples the engagement session is usually the first time they’ve ever had professional photos done but these two clicked instantly and made this engagement session fun and effortless. We loved shooting Tim and Alexandra’s micro-wedding this fall at The Chanler on the Newport Cliff Walk. The couple were so fun and laid back which was an overall feel that encapsulated their day. At Move Mountains Co, we’re always challenging ourselves to keep sessions fresh and creative with every couple so that each session is inspiring to us and unique to the couple. For this one, the team traveled to North Easton, MA to capture their engagement session at Borderland State Park. The dark and moody tones allowed us to get in our element and deliver a breathtaking engagement session. We always love getting to plan an engagement session and being there to capture all the moments that happen along with the shoot.

Okay, not trying to get cheesy or anything but shooting this wedding felt a bit like a scene out of a movie. The genuine and heartfelt love was raw and didn’t go unnoticed. Some of our team members flew to North Palm Beach, Florida to capture all the nuptials surrounding Jamie + Danielle’s wedding. The team came in the day of the wedding and went right to bride prep to get the day started. Surrounded by family and friends this was a beautiful micro-wedding in the midst of a pandemic and we’re grateful we were able to shoot it!

We loved doing this photo and video engagement, we met up with David + Tiffany at the 40 Steps in Newport, RI, and explored our way around the rocks on the cliff walk by the water to fully encapsulate the cliff walks. From the breathtaking views on the Cliff Walk in Newport to the moodiness of the cliffs this shoot had it all and not to mention this couple… Let me tell you they absolutely killed this session and we’re up for the adventure and that’s what we love.

We met up with Ross + Nikki on a beautiful afternoon in Jamestown, RI at Fort Adams Trust to do an engagement styled photoshoot in some of the rooms and different spaces they have to offer to shoot in. Ross + Nikki we’re down for an adventure which allowed us to get the most out of this location, all while capturing their sweet moments that happened along the way.

We loved shooting Mike + Nichole’s wedding this fall at LaBelle Winery in Amherst, New Hampshire. Not to mention it was our first time ever being at Labelle Winery and the venue is absolutely stunning! Mike + Nichole we’re so fun and easy going, even though you don’t typically find yourself in front of a camera every day they had it down packed. The weather was amazing, making it feel like the summer in the midst of the winter. The amazing planners at Em Devaud Events made everything run seamlessly with no hiccups, let me tell you this timeline was the best! Now let me get to the florals they were… STUNNING the florals were done by Sayles Livingtson. The florals intertwined perfectly to balance the openness of Belle Mer and the perfect natural light Belle Mer offers to match every detail and more! Congratulations Artem + Olivia.

Starting with bride prep in a to die for location filled with white walls and beautiful natural light to the portrait session comprised over warm tones and the green vineyards made everything about this day to die for! Back in July the team went out to shoot one of our very first elopements or micro-weddings. Matthew + Nicoles day was filled with everything and more which made this “micro” wedding feel not so small. Being surrounded by family and friends Matthew + Nicole said I do in her parents backyard and it was just as magical as they draw it up to be in the fairytales. From the getting ready details to the portrait session everything juxtaposed perfectly to make this day one to never forget.
A couple months ago we ran our first photo giveaway and Matt + Aubri we’re selected as the winners! Matt + Aubri plan to get married next year in their home state of Ohio. It was a blessing to be able to take some updated engagement pictures before their wedding next year. Everything about this session was fun, Matt + Aubri we’re very down to earth and go with the flow which made everything feel seamless. It felt like we were friends by the time we left. You know those weddings that are simple and dreamy? Well this was one of those. We met up with Andre + Arianna on a beautiful fall day at Colt State Park in Bristol, RI. This down-to-earth bride and groom duo were naturals in front of the camera making our job effortless. Our photo and video team couldn’t get enough of the florals and beautiful imagery. This wedding was everything and more.
One of our recent engagement session’s with Sam + Shannon brought all the vibes of adventure and just straight up fun! We took photos at Beavertail State Park in Jamestown, RI which never gets old. We used the rocks, foliage and the beautiful scenic views to create this timeless session. Sam + Shannon we’re down for anything and it shows, they made everything super easy and we loved every second of it from start to finish.

Marc + Leonie’s engagement session took place at the beautiful Beavertail State Park in Jamestown, RI. We had such a fun time shooting this adventurous engagement session. All of the surrounding elements definitely played into the stunning images from this shoot. The photos were dramatic and romantic, yet still soft and intimate. Sessions like this one make us excited for our couples’ weddings.

This location is phenomenal because where else in New England can you replicate a place that looks like a desert?! George + Melissa we’re laid back and easy to work with which made our job easy and effortless from running up and down the dunes to walking through the tall grass this session offered it all. Coming back to you guys with another drop dead gorgeous and simply stunning engagement session… We met up with Tom + Meghan at Second Beach in Newport, RI and instantly Meghan knew the vibe she wanted to create and we got to work. From photos on the beach, tall grass and jumping into the water for some breathtaking photos Tom + Meghan we’re down for anything and man was it a treat! We can’t wait to capture there wedding next summer!

It was a bright and clear autumn day at Dowe’s Beach on the coast of New England, as prepping for Anthony and Brynne’s engagement session out of now where rolled in a wall of marine fog causing for a complete and desolate location. Isolating the couple in a way that helps the viewer to be fixated, they popped champagne, said a cheers and had an amazing session. We adored capturing this couple’s love for each other and are looking forward to capturing their wedding day!
