Throwback to the fall, we loved doing this shoot with Dylan + Ali in Boston, Ma. It’s always a pleasure going up to the city to photograph a couple in there everyday environment, Dylan + Ali’s love for each other was so evident and made taking these photos a walk in the park. From the warm tones of the city side walks to the moodiness of the season pulls everything together. We can’t wait to celebrate these two on their big day!

Looking back on this day it’s one full of happiness and true love as we captured Henry + Tamara’s love story. Back in August the team shot their extremely beautiful and intimate wedding at Blithewold Mansion in Bristol, RI. From start to finish this day was jam-packed and full of excitement from the beautiful florals surrounding their ceremony by Sayles LIvingston to the beautiful grounds on Blithewold Mansion that offer a plethora of locations to choose from. For this blog we went up to New York City for a fun and exciting engagement shoot. The ride up to New York was only what you can expect…. traffic and more traffic but hey thats why you leave 3 hours early. We met up with TJ + Paige at the Brooklyn Bridge State Park and they did not disappoint I admit they may of been a little timid in the beginning but who isn’t, it’s not like you take professional photos every single year but nonetheless TJ + Paige made everything effortless and you could see the love for each other so evidently even a little bit of rain couldn’t deter them from having a great time. At Move Mountains Co, we’re always challenging ourselves to keep sessions fresh and creative with every couple so that each session is inspiring to us and unique to the couple. For this one, the team traveled to North Easton, MA to capture their engagement session at Borderland State Park. The dark and moody tones allowed us to get in our element and deliver a breathtaking engagement session. We always love getting to plan an engagement session and being there to capture all the moments that happen along with the shoot.

We loved doing this photo and video engagement, we met up with David + Tiffany at the 40 Steps in Newport, RI, and explored our way around the rocks on the cliff walk by the water to fully encapsulate the cliff walks. From the breathtaking views on the Cliff Walk in Newport to the moodiness of the cliffs this shoot had it all and not to mention this couple… Let me tell you they absolutely killed this session and we’re up for the adventure and that’s what we love.

Back in July the team went out to shoot one of our very first elopements or micro-weddings. Matthew + Nicoles day was filled with everything and more which made this “micro” wedding feel not so small. Being surrounded by family and friends Matthew + Nicole said I do in her parents backyard and it was just as magical as they draw it up to be in the fairytales. From the getting ready details to the portrait session everything juxtaposed perfectly to make this day one to never forget.
A couple months ago we ran our first photo giveaway and Matt + Aubri we’re selected as the winners! Matt + Aubri plan to get married next year in their home state of Ohio. It was a blessing to be able to take some updated engagement pictures before their wedding next year. Everything about this session was fun, Matt + Aubri we’re very down to earth and go with the flow which made everything feel seamless. It felt like we were friends by the time we left. One of our recent engagement session’s with Sam + Shannon brought all the vibes of adventure and just straight up fun! We took photos at Beavertail State Park in Jamestown, RI which never gets old. We used the rocks, foliage and the beautiful scenic views to create this timeless session. Sam + Shannon we’re down for anything and it shows, they made everything super easy and we loved every second of it from start to finish.
