Copy Lead Cameras Files to Main Camera Folder
* Copy files from the main camera (camera/card with most clips) to the folder with the shooters name.
* If the shooter used more than one card, generate a subfolder named with a number corresponding to the number of cards used.
* Ensure each card gets its own camera folder to avoid duplicate file name issues. - Example here
* Repeat this process with any other shooters from that day

Wait for All Files to Transfer to the Server
* Ensure all files are fully transferred to the server before proceeding with your intake.
* The intake form allows you to save and continue later if needed.

Confirm File Counts with Intake

Return Cards to Their Case and Store in the Safe
* After completing the intake, return all cards to their case and leave them in the safe for secure storage.

Import all media to an external drive for backup (store all media for 1 year or until studio says its ready for deletion).
