  • At Move Mountains Co., we are committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and consistent improvement. To ensure everything is running smoothly, we conduct End-of-Week (EOW) Reports every week, providing a clear snapshot of progress, team performance, and any immediate action items. Additionally, we perform Quarterly Audits to take a deep dive into operations, finances, and overall strategy, ensuring all assets and processes are properly accounted for and aligned with our goals. These regular check-ins help us stay organized, proactive, and on track to deliver exceptional results.

  • Video Gear

    • Each case should include:

      • 4 cameras

      • Lenses: 28mm, 35mm, 90mm, 90mm, 70-200mm

      • Additional lenses (e.g., 24mm, 50mm, 85mm) are included in certain cases; extras must be requested by emailing gear@movemountains.co

    • Every case should also contain:

      • Drone, drone remote, and 2 drone batteries

    Audio Gear

    • Each case should include:

      • 6 lav mics, TASCAM Main Feed, and 2 XLR cables

    Power

    • 8 Sony camera batteries per case

    Support Equipment

    • 3 tripods

    • Gimbals for each shooter

    Lighting Equipment

    • LED lights (2x)

    • Style mat and kit assigned to each case

  • Are meetings mandatory?

    Yes, meetings are required. Your attendance will be tracked and measured against the number of meetings you've missed since onboarding, and this will influence your tier score.

    What’s the proper zoom etiquette?

    Please join the Zoom link at least 5 minutes before the meeting starts. Make sure your camera is on, and dress in creative casual attire. It’s important to stay interactive and engaged with ideas and energy throughout the meeting.

    Can I use my phone for Zoom meetings?

    No, it’s recommended that you don’t use your phone for Zoom meetings as it appears unprofessional. Please join from a computer or laptop to maintain professionalism.

    What should I contribute during meetings?

    Be ready to ask questions, share ideas, and engage with the team. Interactivity and participation are highly encouraged to keep the meetings productive and lively.

    What if I'm going to miss a team meeting?

    If you are planning on missing a meeting, please let your team leader know beforehand and provide reasoning. Please be advised that this will affect your tier score for evaluation.
