Remove all cards from cameras, lavs, drones, and main feed field recorders before starting.

Copy Lead Cameras Files to Main Camera Folder
* Copy files from the main camera (camera with most clips) to the folder named "Cam A."

5. Copy Additional Cards to Specific Camera Folders
* Copy each additional card to its corresponding camera folder.
* Ensure each card gets its own camera folder to avoid duplicate file name issues.

*Lead Shooter is responsible for importing their second videographers footage.

Copy Main Feed Audio to Main Feed Folder
8. Copy Lav Audio to Specific Audio Folders
* Copy lav audio to the appropriate specific audio folders (e.g., bride card reading audio goes into the bride card reading folder). Slating your lavs beforehand saves time.
* Rename the audio files using the format: date_groom_bride_bestman_speech, etc.

Copy Drone Footage to Drone Folder
Rename Files - DRONE_weddingdate_groom_bride_1, DRONE_weddingdate_groom_bride_2, etc.
Add Drone Footage to Drone Library
**Additionally, copy the drone footage to a secondary folder on the server corresponding to the venue. Create a folder inside the venue folder using the format: Date - Groom + Bride.

Wait for All Files to Transfer to the Server
* Ensure all files are fully transferred to the server before proceeding with your intake.
* The intake form allows you to save and continue later if needed.Item description

Rename Files Corresponding to Camera Folders
* After transferring all files, rename them to match the camera folder using the format: CAMA_weddingdate_groom_bride_1, CAMA_weddingdate_groom_bride_2, etc.
* Repeat this for all camera folders.

Confirm File Counts with Intake
Fill Out and Submit Intake Form

Return Cards to Their Case and Store in the Safe
* After completing the intake, return all cards to their case and leave them in the safe for secure storage.
Remote
Import all media to an external drive for backup (store all media for 1 year or until studio says its ready for deletion).
